We are excited to announce we are offering a 6 week class based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn. It begins Tuesday, July 16th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm in our Mobile office. Dawn DiQuatto will provide guided instruction in meditation practices, relaxation exercises, and breathing exercises to increase present moment awareness.
